agreeontime is designed for private scheduling. Participants submit availability privately, and the Service is intended to limit unnecessary disclosure between participants.
We do not sell personal data.
Participant responses are intended to remain private within the scheduling workflow. Organizers may view the information necessary to coordinate the meeting, while participants generally do not get direct access to other participants' detailed responses.
Some agreeontime features may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure providers to process submitted meeting information and generate scheduling-related output. Depending on deployment, this may include providers such as OpenAI or Gemini-compatible services.
Those providers may process data on our behalf to operate the Service. Their handling of data is also subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
We apply reasonable technical and operational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. Organizers and Participants should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
The Service may use cookies, sessions, or similar storage to support login state, organizer access, participant access, security features, and basic site functionality.
Meeting records, responses, and logs may be retained for a limited period for operational, security, analytics, legal, or debugging reasons, and may then be deleted or anonymized.
Data may be processed in Israel or in other jurisdictions used by our hosting, email, analytics, or AI providers, subject to the safeguards and practices applicable to those providers.
The Service is not intended for use by children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
