agreeontime Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Commitment to Privacy

agreeontime is designed for private scheduling. Participants submit availability privately, and the Service is intended to limit unnecessary disclosure between participants.

2. Information We Collect

  • Organizer data such as organizer email address and meeting details.
  • Participant data such as participant email addresses, availability submissions, and related meeting responses.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser information, device details, logs, and similar operational metadata.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and operate meeting requests.
  • To provide organizer dashboards and participant response pages.
  • To generate scheduling suggestions and related service output.
  • To secure the Service, prevent misuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Private Scheduling Behavior

Participant responses are intended to remain private within the scheduling workflow. Organizers may view the information necessary to coordinate the meeting, while participants generally do not get direct access to other participants' detailed responses.

5. AI and Third-Party Processing

Some agreeontime features may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure providers to process submitted meeting information and generate scheduling-related output. Depending on deployment, this may include providers such as OpenAI or Gemini-compatible services.

Those providers may process data on our behalf to operate the Service. Their handling of data is also subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and operational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. Organizers and Participants should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service may use cookies, sessions, or similar storage to support login state, organizer access, participant access, security features, and basic site functionality.

8. Retention

Meeting records, responses, and logs may be retained for a limited period for operational, security, analytics, legal, or debugging reasons, and may then be deleted or anonymized.

9. International Processing

Data may be processed in Israel or in other jurisdictions used by our hosting, email, analytics, or AI providers, subject to the safeguards and practices applicable to those providers.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for use by children under 16.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
